Analytical Chemistry paper highly ranked in Analyst journal in 2018

19.12.2018

In 2018, a paper published by researchers from the Department of Analytical Chemistry was one of the ten most downloaded articles in the Analyst journal, published by the Royal Society of Chemistry (UK).

Evelyn Rampler, Harald Schöny, Bernd M. Mitic, Yasin El Abiead, Michaela Schwaiger-Haber and Gunda Köllensperger from the Environmental Analysis group published a novel analytical UHPLC-MS method for polar and non-polar lipid analysis. This workflow enables extremely fast lipid analysis in 15 min with the additional benefit of a polarity assignment.

Their article Simultaneous non-polar and polar lipid analysis by on-line combination of HILIC, RP and high resolution MS was one of the top 10 most downloaded articles published in Analyst in 2018, and has been included in the Most Downloaded Articles collection of the Journal.

Additionally, the same article was also selected as HOT ARTICLE in Analyst.
