Equality and diversity
Equality and diversity are important concerns for the Faculty of Chemistry. We are committed to promoting equal opportunities and fostering a respectful and inclusive environment for all students and staff. Here you will find information on equality and diversity, as well as key contacts and support services at the Faculty and the University.
On our page for the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, we introduce women researchers at the Faculty and explore the history of women in chemistry at the University of Vienna. The website of historian of science Rudolf Werner Soukup offers insights into the biographies of women who studied chemistry at the University of Vienna between 1902 and 1945.
