Science Talk 2019

At the Science Talk of the University of Vienna on 12 March, scientists will talk about their research and their life at the university. This year, Ellen Backus (Institute of Physical Chemistry) and Dennis Kurzbach (Institute of Biological Chemistry) are the Faculty's representatives at the event.

Session topic of Ellen Backus, ERC Starting Grant scientist, is "Hydrogen Gas - The Energy Source of the Future?". Dennis Kurzbach, who will be moving to the Faculty of Chemistry in March and who has also received an ERC Starting Grant, is the discussion partner for the topic "Methods Development in Life Sciences - How to Track Single Atoms in Time and Space?"
