The DLE Research Services and Career Development (FSNF) is organising an information workshop on ERC Synergy Grant (SyG) on June 11, 2025 from 10:00 to 12:00.

ERC Synergy Grants are aimed at groups of two to four researchers with complementary expertise who wish to work together on an innovative research project. The programme is open to all disciplines. A budget of up to EUR 10 million is available per project for a period of up to 6 years.

The ERC-SyG 2026 call is expected to open in July 2025, with a deadline in November 2025. More information can be found here ERC Synergy Grant

FSNF will introduce the programme and application process.  Ass.-Prof. Dr. Borayin Larios (Faculty of Philological and Cultural Studies) will share insights and experiences as successful applicant.

The event will take place at NIG, 4. Stock, A0424 ("Hörsaal A"), Institut für Kultur- und Sozialanthropologie, on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, from 10:00 – 12:00.
